Thrasher Opera House is pleased to offer an accessible drop-off site for the Adopt-A-Teen Tree. Christmas is supposed to be a joyful time…but for some families, it’s a time of stress and uncertainty. Thrasher is uniting with The Boys and Girls Club of the Tri-County area to collect gifts for teens in need this season. Stop in our lobby to view our “Teen Tree” full of gift ideas. Please choose your gift idea ornament, purchase the gift, and bring it back to the Thrasher before Monday, December 8th, by 3:00 p.m. New, unwrapped gifts, please.

Thrasher Opera House’s Development Director, Kayla Reeves, remarked, “This year, the need is greater than ever, and we are so proud to partner with the Boys and Girls Club to ensure local teens have a wonderful holiday. Seeing the community come together to support these kids is truly heartwarming. Our community’s generosity has always been astounding, and we know this year will be no different. Last year, we helped 70 teens, and we’re aiming to make a difference for even more this season. Every single gift makes a huge impact, and with their specific wish lists, we know we’re providing something they will love. Let’s make this holiday brighter for our local youth!”
