CINDERELLA being performed this Saturday!

Audiences young and old alike are invited to join Missoula Children's Theatre (MCT) and over 50 area students as they bring to life the spirited tale; an original adaptation of CINDERELLA, on Saturday, January 26 at the historic Thrasher Opera House in Green Lake.  Join us at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. and see for yourself as a pumpkin coach, Prince Charming, a glass slipper and a dream come true are woven together by the magic of a Fairy Godmother.

The students, grades Kindergarten through 12, attended an open audition on Monday, and after only one week of intense rehearsal, are now ready to display the fruits of their labor by performing the lively play/musical.  Quite an accomplishment in such a short period!

The residency in Green Lake was supported by grants from the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin and TARGET.  Additional support was provided by the Green Lake State Bank, Wallenfangs and Green Lake Kiwanis Club with special accommodations by The Bay View Motel.

Tickets for the performances on Saturday, January 26 at 3 p.m. or 7 p.m., are $12 adults, $8 children and available at available at Thrasher office, Knowledge Emporium, Green Lake State Bank (Green Lake); Ripon Drug and Pick n Save (Ripon); and Twister (Princeton); or by calling (920)294-4279.  For more information or to order tickets online, visit
