Artist Reception – Felicia Ciukaj

Green Lake’s historic Thrasher Opera House will host an artist reception on Saturday, January 28, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. featuring the works of local artist Felicia Ciukaj. The exhibit by Ciukaj is currently on display at the Thrasher Opera House Gallery and runs through February 28.

Felicia Ciukaj is a 17-year-old artist that attends Green Lake High School; she says, “I am passionate about art, and I love to adore paintings and the meanings behind them.”  Ciukaj likes to sketch and gets her inspiration from Pinterest. She also painted the mural in Town Square, which took about a month to complete.  Ciukaj’s artwork is for sale as she is currently trying to raise money for her trip to France in June.  The reception is free and open to the public; a cash bar will be available.
