A Spotted Pony Parade:
A Book Signing with Author, Kim Bond

Thursday, June 16, 2022 | 4-6pm

Stop by the Thrasher to purchase your copy of children’s book, “A Spotted Pony Parade Day.” Author, Kim Bond, will be joined by Fancy the Pony. Bring your cameras as this is your chance to have your photo taken with a real, live pony! Free coloring pages for the kids will be provided and designed by Carissa, of course.

Concessions will also be available for purchase.

Toby is a friendly and flashy spotted horse who cannot wait to take a trip with his friends to town for the annual parade. The only problem is each new friend he meets seems to have a sweet treat that Toby just cannot resist. He finds himself snatching up cookies, cotton candy, popcorn, soda, slushies, candy, and even nachos. Follow Toby on a sweet and silly adventure in A Spotted Pony Parade Day.

Kim Bond is a lifelong equestrian who has brought her real-life funny farm to life for children in her first published children’s book A Spotted Pony Parade Day.  She is thrilled to share the joy of horses with young readers, and has created this story to provide a silly horse adventure for all who read it!

When Kim crossed paths with artist Carissa Sorensen through their mutual love of horses, they knew they would make a great team. Carissa’s infinite knowledge of all things horse-related combined with her amazing artistic ability was just what Kim needed to bring her herd from the pasture to the pages of this book!
