Get into the holiday spirit at Switchback's Midwestern Christmas concert

Get into the holiday spirit on Saturday, December 19 at 7:30 p.m., when Brian FitzGerald and Marty McCormack of the duo Switchback bring their unique brand of Americana and Celtic music to the stages of the historic Thrasher Opera House in beautiful downtown Green Lake for an exciting "Midwestern Christmas" concert and old-fashioned sing-along.

For this special holiday show, Switchback will primarily perform Christmas songs, yet intersperse them with a few lively reels, jigs and originals. From "Oh, Holy Night,""Jingle Bells” and "Ava Maria" from their holiday cd "A Very Switchback Christmas," to original tunes and Irish'll be a true down-home evening of favorites!

This event is supported in part by a grant from the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation and the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin and the National Endowment for the Arts.  Accommodations provided by The Heidel House Resort & Spa.

Tickets for this special holiday concert are only $15 and available at the Thrasher office, Horicon Bank (Green Lake); Pick N’ Save, Ripon Drug (Ripon); Twister (Princeton) or by calling 920-294-4279.  Online tickets available at
