Thrasher collaborates with Green Lake Festival of Music on performance by EVA

On Saturday August 22 at 7:30 p.m. EVA (formerly the Jammin' Divas) will perform at Green Lake's historic Thrasher Opera House. The spectacular performance, a collaborative effort between Thrasher and the Green Lake Festival of Music, will feature breathtaking voices with roots in Australia, Ireland, the UK & the USA.  We hope you come join us for this dynamic concert full of rich harmony and textured arrangements, and stories and songs presented with humor and poignancy.

"The audience loved the personalities of the ladies, the music was a hit, and a standing ovation brought them back for an encore. The meet and greet in the lobby afterwards lasted over an hour, and I was asked by quite a few patrons when - not if - the Divas were coming back! I will gladly present them at anytime." Richard Haerther, Carrollwood Cultural Center

Kath Buckell, Liz Simmons and Nicole Zuraitis lend their three distinct voices to songs that meld worldly sensibilities with time-honored musical traditions. They will be joined by violinist Mirandi Hostetter, whose gorgeous tone and arresting melodies add dimension to EVA's three-part vocal harmonies, bedded on the plush, textured landscape of guitar, piano, and percussion.

"We have a couple of exciting new projects in the works.  One is a called "LTD," a collaboration which features Livingston Taylor and three-time Grammy winner Tom Chapin, along with EVA. Second: We will be sharing the stage this summer with legendary singer/songwriters:Tom Paxton, MELANIE, Livingston Taylor, Tom Chapin & The Brothers Four!  Please check out our website at http://thejammindivas.comfor full details" Kath Buckell, EVA
