Cinderella coming to Thrasher for afternoon matinee performance
Happily Ever After....A Cinderella Tale will be performed on the stage of the historic Thrasher Opera House in downtown Green Lake on Sunday, March 14 at 3 p.m. The matinee, performed by the award winning Pushcart Players, is a delightful musical adaptation of the classic tale that takes us on a magical journey, fueled by inner beauty, courage and kindness.
"It seems that we are never too old, nor do we ever grow tired of hearing this beloved story. Perhaps it is because itís about overcoming adversity --about dreaming dreams and about goodness, generosity and compassion. And, perhaps because itís also about things that can help us learn and grow, such as the unbecoming nature of bully behavior; the importance of making good choices and being responsible for the choices we make. Whatever the reasons, audiences love the music, the magic and many fun, funny, beautiful and zany characters in our story. Itís a wondrous journey from long, long ago Ė to happily ever after." - Pushcart Players.
Tickets for this wonderful afternoon matinee are only $12 Adults and $8 Students and available at the Thrasher office, Knowledge Emporium, Green Lake Bank (Green Lake); Pick Ní Save, Ripon Drug (Ripon); Twister (Princeton) or by calling (920) 294-4279.
