Thrasher adds a handling fee of $1.50 per ticket except for cash/check sales.
All ticket sales are final; no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
Everyone needs a ticket, even children.
Tickets ordered via phone or web will await you at will-call window (right inside the front door of the opera house) when you arrive for the concert.
Attending the Event
Doors and full bar open 45 minutes prior to the event.
Street parking only -- but it's FREE!
Handicapped entrance is through side door off the parking lot, on north side of building. Call us at (920-204-4279) if you have any questions or special needs.
Thrasher is a general seating venue.
No smoking. This includes E-cigs.
We have a full bar in the gallery; no food or beverage carry-ins allowed.
Anything you buy at the Thrasher bar may be brought back to your seat.
Please silence phones, pagers and other devices.
Please, no flash photography during a performance.
Rotating art exhibits are on display in the gallery year-round.
Cancellations: If the artist is here, it's on with the show! Check the Thrasher website for the latest updates, and please keep in mind that we cannot control the weather!
Dress code: casual! Don't let the name "opera house" scare you!
Gift certificates are available in any denomination, and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Please call the office at (920) 294-4279 to place an order.
Ticket donation request for your fundraiser? The Thrasher is a nonprofit, and we we ask you to consider purchasing tickets or gift certificates and donating them to the fundraiser you wish to support. But if you're local and you want to try for a donation, here's our Ticket Donation Policy.
